one to one sessions for pupils, group and one to one supervision for staff, parent groups, pupil groups, and workshops. Please see groups section for more details.
Pupils can receive one to one therapeutic support at school in a designated confidential space, where they can express/ share their challenges an offload the burdens they have been carrying, we will be working together and supporting them to get back on track, whilst teaching them coping tools and strategies. These sessions are art/play based to encourage the child to relax into the sessions, thus finding it easier to share what is going on for them.
We facilitate one to one and group supervision sessions for all staff members.
We offer collaborative supervision within a safe, non-judgmental space to support discussion and supporting you in your work.
Using an integrative approach to encourage the growth and exploration of your work load, with a view to finding solutions to ease your working dsy.
Our supervision will ensure that your needs and those of your pupils and colleagues are being met through good standards of ethical, professional, and non-discriminatory practice as set out in the BACP Ethical Framework.
